Payment support checklist

For NOWPayments: include the email used, plan selected, payment ID/invoice ID if available, amount, currency, and timestamp. For direct EVM: include transaction hash, chain, token, wallet address, plan, quote ID if available, and timestamp.

What not to send

Never send seed phrases, private keys, wallet backup files, full API keys, or passwords. EONAPP support should only need public transaction data and limited account/contact context.

Resolution options

Depending on proof and policy, EONAPP may activate access, extend access, request more information, mark a payment unsupported, or review a limited refund exception.

Admin escalation

Only approved admin wallets may access operator tools. Payment receiver wallet status does not bypass technical verification or policy review.
