Billing & Subscription Policy
This page explains how EONAPP paid access is charged, activated, renewed, and expired.

Plans
Current public plans are Supporter $1, Starter $3, Core $5, Pro $10, Creator $20, and Business $50 per 30 days. Plan names, benefits, and prices should match the live subscription page at checkout time.
Primary rail: NOWPayments email subscription
The preferred production rail is NOWPayments email-subscription API. A user provides an email, EONAPP creates a subscription request through the Cloudflare worker, NOWPayments sends the payment link/invoice, and EONAPP waits for a verified IPN/status result before activating access.
Fallback rail: direct EVM wallet payment
The direct wallet fallback is for users who cannot complete NOWPayments checkout. It supports only listed chains and tokens in the EONAPP checkout UI. It is not a promise to accept every EVM token.
Renewals
If a verified payment arrives before expiry, EONAPP should extend the existing paid window. If no verified renewal arrives, paid access expires and the device falls back to Free/past_due until a new verified payment is received.
Email reminders and app reminders
NOWPayments may send subscription invoices or reminders when the email-subscription flow is used. EONAPP may also show local renewal reminders on the device. Local reminders are convenience alerts, not a guarantee of uninterrupted access.
Receipts and support proof
Keep your NOWPayments email, transaction hash, wallet address, plan, chain, token, and timestamp. Support may need these details to manually investigate activation problems.
Taxes and compliance
Users are responsible for their own taxes, wallet reporting, and compliance duties. EONAPP may need to change supported payment methods or policies if laws, processor rules, or risk controls change.
