Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires zero payment information. You can use Cockpit, EONBOT, WorkBench (5 core modes), Vault, Pool Points, and NFT drops entirely without a card.
What is EonLite payment?
EonLite is the EONAPP utility token on Polygon Mainnet. Paying with EonLite gives a 20% discount on any plan. Your EonLite balance is managed from your Vault.
Can I use my own AI API keys?
Yes — all plans support bring-your-own-key for any provider (OpenAI, Groq, Gemini, Mistral, etc.). Your keys stay in your Vault and never leave your device unless you make an AI call.
What happens when I downgrade?
Your data and NFTs are always yours. If you downgrade, features above your new plan tier become read-only until you upgrade again. Pool Points already earned are never revoked.
Is Stripe available yet?
Card payments via Stripe are coming soon. Today you can activate any plan instantly with a license code or by paying in EonLite from your Vault.
