CEO policy position

EONAPP is a digital-access product. Paid access is intended to activate after verified payment only. The default policy is strict no-refunds after activation, with limited exceptions for legal requirements, duplicate technical payments, confirmed non-delivery, confirmed fraud, or verified platform failure.
