Billing policy before you pay
EONAPP is a digital-access product. Activated payments are final by default, with limited exceptions for duplicate technical payment, confirmed non-delivery, verified fraud/security issue, processor-required refund, or rights required by law. Direct EVM fallback supports only the chains and tokens shown in checkout.

Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires zero payment information. You can use Cockpit, EONBOT, WorkBench (5 core modes), Vault, Pool Points, and NFT drops entirely without a card.
How do renewals work right now?
EONAPP activates or extends paid access only after a verified NOWPayments status of finished. If the paid period ends and no new verified payment arrives, this device drops back to Free until you renew again.
Can I use my own AI API keys?
Yes — all plans support bring-your-own-key for any provider (OpenAI, Groq, Gemini, Mistral, etc.). Your keys stay in your Vault and never leave your device unless you make an AI call.
Will NOWPayments send renewal reminders automatically?
Yes, if you use the NOWPayments email-subscription API flow. The user email is required, and the Cloudflare worker needs a NOWPAYMENTS_API_KEY secret to create the subscription request.
Can I enable card payments later?
Yes. NOWPayments supports optional fiat and card-provider onboarding, but crypto-only launch is the safer first production path for EONAPP.
Are payments refundable?
Activated digital access is final by default. Limited review exceptions are listed in the Refund Policy.
Can I send any token to the admin wallet?
No. The same EVM address can receive on many networks, but EONAPP can only auto-verify the chains and tokens shown in checkout. Unsupported transfers may be unrecoverable.
