Refund Policy
EONAPP is a digital-access product with crypto-first payments. The default policy is strict no-refunds after activation, with limited exceptions.
Last updated: 2 June 2026
Default rule
Payments for activated digital access are final and non-refundable by default. This is because access is delivered digitally, work capacity is reserved, and crypto transactions are normally irreversible.
Limited exceptions
EONAPP may review exceptions for: duplicate technical payment, confirmed payment received but access not delivered, verified fraud/security incident, processor-required refund, or refund rights that cannot legally be waived in the user’s jurisdiction.
Partial, wrong-chain, or wrong-token payments
Partial payments do not unlock full access. Wrong-chain, unsupported-token, wrong-address, or expired-quote payments may be unrecoverable. If recovery is technically possible, manual review may take time and may require proof.
How to request review
Contact support with the email used for NOWPayments, transaction hash, wallet address, chain, token, amount, plan, timestamp, and a short explanation. Do not share private keys or seed phrases.
No chargeback-style promises for crypto
Crypto payments do not behave like card chargebacks. EONAPP cannot promise reversal after a completed onchain transaction or after NOWPayments marks a payment as completed/forwarded.
