These terms govern use of EONAPP.ch. Do not use paid features, wallet payments, or NFT/market surfaces unless you accept these terms.

Digital-access service
EONAPP provides browser-based AI, creator, vault, game, market, and workflow tools. Paid plans unlock digital access for a defined period, normally 30 days from verified activation or renewal.
No financial, investment, legal, medical, or tax advice
EONAPP may include AI, crypto, NFT, trading, market, wallet, and business-assistant surfaces. These are informational and productivity tools only. They are not financial, investment, legal, medical, accounting, or tax advice. You are responsible for independent verification and professional advice before acting.
Payments and activation
Paid access activates only after a trusted payment rail reports a verified completed status. For NOWPayments, the intended production status is finished. For direct EVM fallback payments, the transaction must match the quote, chain, token, recipient, and required amount, and must pass worker verification.
Wallet responsibility
You are responsible for using the correct network, token contract, amount, and recipient. Sending to an unsupported chain, wrong token contract, wrong address, or expired quote may result in loss or delayed manual review.
Account and local-first limitations
EONAPP is local-first. Some state may live on your device in browser storage. Clearing device storage, changing browser profile, or losing a vault backup may remove local entitlements, preferences, or history unless server-side proof is available.
Acceptable use
You must not use EONAPP to abuse payment rails, misrepresent identity, attack third-party systems, evade laws, distribute malware, steal credentials, or conduct unlawful financial activity. Operator/admin areas are restricted to approved wallet administrators.
NFT and market surfaces
NFT, collectible, reward, and market features are digital entertainment/utility surfaces unless explicitly stated otherwise. EONAPP does not promise profit, resale value, liquidity, rarity value, or appreciation.
Changes and availability
Features, plans, prices, supported tokens, supported chains, and payment processors may change. Beta features may be removed, degraded, or gated while the product is being hardened.
