Self-service guidance only: EONAPP subscriptions are available only through the hosted Dodo checkout opened from Billing. EONKEYS are non-cash referral unlocks for selected individual features; sharing alone never grants a key, and browser state cannot award a plan or key. No wallet or chain payment, token, payout, marketplace sale, provider-credit reward, or guaranteed human response channel is active.

There is no paid support queue, manual plan activation, manual EONKEY grant, or response-time promise. Billing lifecycle changes are accepted only from signed Dodo events and the server entitlement ledger.

For a reproducible issue, retain the exact route, browser/device context, timestamp, expected-versus-actual result, and a redacted screenshot. Never include passwords, recovery phrases, private keys, wallet backup files, or full API keys.

Optional Google Login and local-data recovery

Google Login, when enabled, is identity-only account access. It does not back up local Chat, Vault, projects, files, Realm setup, City progress, provider keys, or settings. Create and keep your own encrypted Capsule. Do not send a Google password, OAuth code, client secret, session cookie, or backup passphrase to support.
